Merry Christmas and a Belated Happy New Year to all! I have been extremely busy and haven't had much time to update this but I have so many cute pictures I will try and post this weekend!
We had a very pleasant and relaxing Christmas at home with Grandma, Grandpa and Nana. The kids slept in until 7:30! They were very happy with their presents (Legos and ice skates) from Santa. Thanks to all of our family members who gave them presents- we really appreciate it! Ben was so good this year Santa shipped Stephen's hot chocolate directly to our door! Wow, what a guy! We also had a great time with Aunt Mary and Uncle David who braved the snow to come visit from Florida! We went to the Botanical Gardens to see Christmas displays and went sledding. And ate lots of food. LOTS of food.
What else has been going on...Ben is still working hard. He's keeping very busy with work and church and camping. I am in charge of the Blue and Gold for the ward and for Eli's scout troop; both in February. Things are running smoothly and I think everyone will have an enjoyable time-at least I hope so. Eli is in an advanced math group that meets daily at school. He enjoys it and that's about all he's telling me about it. He also let it slip out that two girls like him at school! Oh my gosh! I don't think I'm ready for this yet!! Ali is improving with her speech therapy and is starting to read. Isaac is such a people person. As long as someone's in the room he's fine but if you walk away just wait for the whining! He still doesn't sleep through the night so I am thinking about letting him cry it out:(
Even though we are really busy and I haven't quite accomplished all that I want to for myself or my family I am so eternally grateful for all that we have. I have the most wonderful husband in the world, great kids who love me (most of the time!), awesome family and family in laws and the true gospel in my life! The Lord has truly blessed us so much!

I can not believe how much ali looks like you. She is very pretty. I can't believe how big your family is getting. Last time I saw you all was a few years ago. I think it was when Grandma Merkley died. Wow that was like 5 years ago. Let me know how it goes with sleeping all night. Hannah will only sleep 3 to 4 hours at a time. Her naps are only 20 min. long. I wish she would sleep longer. let me know what does the trick. Love ya
O Kelly! I love the pictures! I miss you all so much, I actually started getting weepy reading your blog! Eli is starting to grow out of "little boy" isn't he? He is starting to look so much older...that's so weird! Have you guys decided when and where the reunion will be best this summer? We're really looking forward to seeing you all!
I can't believe you get a 3 hour nap in. Hannah only does 20 min. I am lucky if is is 40. Hopefully sometime she sleeps for 3 hours. I will look forward to summer to see you. I can't wait
